01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fantasy Pro League ("Fantasy Pro League", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, checking the box to agree to these Terms, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region where the minimum age for digital consent is higher, you must be at least 16 (or the age required in your country).

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

03The Service

Fantasy Pro League transforms EA Sports FC Pro Clubs activity into a competitive fantasy experience. Club performances, player statistics, and match results drive squads, leaderboards, transfers, contracts, awards, and other in-game features. The Service is free to play and does not involve real-money wagering, betting, or gambling of any kind.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. The Service relies on data and gameplay that originate in EA Sports FC. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc., EA Sports, or any football league, club, or competition.

04Your account

To use most features you must register an account and provide accurate information, including your name, email address, and a password. You may also add a username, profile photo, biography, nationality, gaming identifiers, social links, and club or role details.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• Where available, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication and reviewing login alerts to protect your account.
• Notify us promptly at security@fantasyproleague.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or create an account using another person's identity.

05Roles, clubs, and the community

The Service supports different roles — including managers, players, and fans — each with different features such as squad management, lineups, transfers, contracts, and club following. Your club affiliation, role, statistics, and public profile may be visible to other users as part of normal gameplay, leaderboards, and competition.

06Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) of others;
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, role, club, or affiliation;
• Cheat, manipulate statistics or results, exploit bugs, or use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service;
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue load on the Service or the networks and infrastructure that support it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to collect other users' data without permission.

We may investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these rules, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

07Your content

You may submit content to the Service, such as a profile photo, biography, social links, club news, ratings, highlights, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Fantasy Pro League a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where we must retain it to comply with law.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party. We may remove User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

08Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Fantasy Pro League name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment in accordance with these Terms.

EA Sports, EA Sports FC, Electronic Arts, and all related names, logos, and trademarks are the property of Electronic Arts Inc. and its licensors. We claim no ownership of, and assert no affiliation with, those marks.

09Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function — for example, for media hosting, email delivery, push notifications, and cloud infrastructure. The Service may also contain links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10Communications and notifications

By creating an account, you agree that we may send you service-related communications, such as account, security, and match-day messages. With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device. You can control notifications in your device or app settings, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

11Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process your information as described there.

12Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that statistics, scores, or results will always be accurate or available.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Pro League and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy Pro League and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

15Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses you have granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities — will survive.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you live. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's place of business, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

18General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
